How do I access the legacy support system

If you wish to review tickets you have posted in the legacy support system you can login to it at

The username and password will be the same as was used previously with this support system.

Please do not post new tickets or add to tickets in this system as it is no longer activily monitored. For all new support requests please use the new support system at

https://support.hivelocity.net/supportsuite/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit

If you need to continue an issue from the old support system please open a new ticket and reference the ticket number from the old support system.
