Network Engineer

Full-Time / Exempt

The Network Engineer is responsible for making sure our networks are tuned to optimum performance, delivering the required information to end-users. This position works closely with the Dev/Ops team to collaborate on new projects with network considerations. This position reports directly to the SVP of Network Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for network design, documentation, and implementation.
  • Tests and documents system behavior, performance, and security.
  • Responsible for traffic engineering, monitoring, designs, and network troubleshooting.
  • Performs network backup according to a regular schedule.
  • Participates in the development of policies, procedures, and resources that standardize the functioning of the network.
  • Responds to support requests for network assistance.
  • Completes all duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced troubleshooting of large networks.
  • Demonstrated experience in a datacenter network environment.
  • Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper Routing and Switching is required.
  • Experience with fiber optic technologies such as DWDM/CWDM a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of internal (IS-IS/OSPF) and BGP routing protocols a must.

Position Overview:

The Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and the effectiveness of financial controls. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in accounting and finance, who can provide valuable insights, drive financial performance, and manage and develop a team. This role reports to the CFO.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage all operations in the accounting department, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers, cost accounting, revenue recognition and inventory accounting.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Ensure policies and procedures follow professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements. Manage external audits.
  • Developing and document accounting policies and business processes to strengthen internal controls to support the financial infrastructure.
  • Assess and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and operational risks.
