Full Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager will lead the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Hivelocity. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems. You will manage the material management function to meet the customer’s needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost and quality. You will be accountable for building up the functional excellence to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills across all levels and various disciplines.
· Ability to set and work towards goals at a big picture level, but effect change at a detailed operational level.
- Lead a team of inventory staff and assist with conducting all inventory audits.
- Optimize material management procedures.
- Improve our Operating System.
- Ensure health, safety and environment compliance.
- Measure supplier capability and capacity, annual cost and inventory reduction.
- Monitors and corrects inventory levels at all locations to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
- Direct and lead inventory activities: inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and material transfers among locations.
- Develop standard operating procedure documentation to ensure cross training and elimination of single points of failure.
· An understanding of the application and concepts of Production and Planning Control fundamentals including Inventory Management, Supply & Demand, Logistics, Procurement and Capacity Planning.
- Must be proficient in hardware lifecycle management, logistics coordination, supply chain management and technical documentation.
- Develop and implement KPIs for inventory and procurement processes

- 3+ years Materials Management experience in a manufacturing environment

**CANDIDATE MUST BE IN TAMPA, FL. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION*
The Jr. DevOps Engineer position is responsible for the maintenance, support, deployment and repair of corporate infrastructure, and creating new products and services for Hivelocity to sell to clients. Duties include responding to phone and ticket requests that technical support cannot support due to complexity. DevOP engineers manage, maintain and deploy corporate servers and provide 24/7/365 technical support on those servers. This position directly reports to the DevOPs Manager.
Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on position, which will require the following capabilities:
- Contribute in the DevOps/Operations team to maintain and build out our infrastructure and servers including new products and services.
- Evolve infrastructure, server, deployment strategies and testing to support our goal of deploying new products and services while managing old services.
- Continuously improve our infrastructure to be easy to deploy, scalable, secure and fault-tolerant.
- Work closely with our Development Team, Technical Support, Managers and DevOps/Operations team to meet the needs of the organization to stay competitive – from the infrastructure up to the highest level of applications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- You are smart with an intellectual curiosity that motivates you to keep on top of technical trends – but you also have deep knowledge in the tools of choice.
- You have supported Linux/Unix/Windows deployments, configurations in large and small environments.
- You have designed, monitored and managed scalable and fault-tolerant deployments and supported them in real-world scenarios.
- You have experience with continuous integration; log collection and analysis, builds and performance monitoring/tuning of your infrastructure.
