To create a shared folder
Follow these steps to create a share folder.
1.Right click the folder that you want to share and click Properties.
2.Click on the Sharing tab
3.Click on Share this folder and type the share name. By default the share name is the same name as the folder
4.Click on Apply and then click OK. A hand sign appears beneath the folder stating that the folder is now shared.
