How do I setup an Auto Responder?

Solution

1. Login to your control panel (https://www.yourdomain.com:2082)

2. Click on the “Mail” link. This will display “Mail Manager Main Menu” screen.

3. Click on “Auto-responders

4. Click on “Add Auto Responder

5. Enter the “Email Address” to send the auto response

6. Enter the “From” name, (for example, my company)

8. Enter a “Subject“, (for example, thank you)

9. Enter your message in the “Body

10. Click on “Create/Modify” to create the auto responder.
