This can be achieved with a few steps.
1. Login to the server. click Start >> Administrative Tools >> Computer Management.
2. In Computer Management expand the Local Users and Groups.
3. Click on the Users folder.
4. Find the administrator user >> Right click on it >> click on Set Password.
5. A new dialog box will open up. Put in the new password in it. Click OK. You are done.
