Change my plan

If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you can do so in your billing control panel. You will see an icon then you can click on to change the plan. If you would like to change to plan that is not listed in your options, please email billing@hivelocity.net letting them know your account username, the plan that you are currently on and then plan you would like to change to. It will be changed and you will recieve a response when it is completed.
