Change my plan

If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you can do so in your billing control panel. You will see an icon then you can click on it to change the plan. If you would like to switch to a plan that is not listed in your options, please email billing@hivelocity.net letting them know your account username, the plan you are currently on, and then the plan you would like to change to. It will be changed and you will receive a response when it is completed.
