In addition to a fresh look, the new site features simpler navigation to help customers easily find all the great services Hivelocity has to offer. Customers will also find accessing their customer management portal and opening trouble tickets to be a far more efficient process than before. Additionally, our Impressive Support section has been updated to allow customers to find help, answers and solutions quickly and efficiently. All of our flash tutorials have also been updated with new training videos on the latest software Hivelocity supports.
This new site is version 1 and customers should count on a new revision to be introduced within weeks. Each revision will introduce new products and new features to help each of our customers find further success with their online presence.
