VMware Hivelocity Partnership

Hivelocity is proud to announce its selection as a Premier Tier VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) within Broadcom’s Advantage Partner Program in the United States region.

This advancement from VMware’s previous cloud provider partner program underscores a significant milestone, enabling Hivelocity to continue to deliver its VMware cloud service capabilities to existing and prospective customers, while supporting VMware’s shift towards a subscription-centric licensing format and the VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platform.

“Our team is honored to deepen our capabilities and relationship with our customers through this Premier Tier partnership,” expressed Scott Fuhriman, CTO at Hivelocity. “Drawing on our extensive background, we are committed to delivering streamlined and economically viable hosted private cloud solutions that enable a full range of capabilities that businesses require in today’s complex cloud landscape, delivering a viable alternative or complement to public cloud environments.”

“Hivelocity continues to push forward with our vision to be a leading next-generation service provider by building a hybrid cloud platform that is designed to meet our customers’ needs for connectivity and compute,” says Jeremy Pease, CEO of Hivelocity. “This relationship will provide Hivelocity with access to the latest VMware cloud platform features, alongside comprehensive training and support, enabling Hivelocity to continue championing secure and efficient cloud environments for businesses.”

 Hivelocity is poised to offer:

  • Migration, management, and optimization value that meet the distinct requirements of each current client with private cloud solutions.
  • Expert recommendations and cloud infrastructure solutions for customers and prospects who purchase licenses directly through VMware.
  • Partnerships with other organizations to white label the VMware cloud platform.

Hivelocity is preparing  to launch a new robust private cloud offering powered by VMware. The new private cloud offering, scheduled for later this year, will include the latest in high performance compute, network, and storage. Deployments include:

  • Redundant 25Gbps network connectivity to hosts,
  • 400Gbps spine/leaf backbone with N+2 resiliency, and
  • All NVMe low-latency storage infrastructure.

Capacity for thousands of virtual machines will be immediately available upon launch and ready for those needing to shift to the new licensing model and refresh infrastructure or deploy in a hosted platform that is architected and validated on VMware Cloud Foundations.

Hivelocity is enthusiastic about continuing its alliance and direct relationship with VMware by Broadcom, all while reinforcing the company’s pledge to deliver unparalleled service excellence.
