When will my account be suspended for Non-Payment?

You will recieve an email on your due date and additional notices over the course of several days letting you know your account is past due.  You will also see red badge indicators on the billing tab within myVelocity letting you know when an account is past due.  Once your account is 7 days past due, your account will be suspended and your server(s) taken offline until your balance is paid current.  Once your server is taken offline your data will be deleted permanently.
