I am set for automated payments and the payment didnt go through?

If your account should be setup for automated payments, there are a couple of reasons it might not have posted.

The CC could be being declined. You will want to make sure the correct CC is on file.

The CC exp date has expired. You will want to update that information in your control panel, or submit using the online form at https://www.hivelocity.net/company/ccpay.asp

The account was set to check. if this is the case, please send email to billing@hivelocity.net asking them to activate the CC, or you can make sure it is activated within your control panel
