The ICE solution starts with a minimum of 4 physical nodes.  2 redundant highly available  ”hypervisor servers“,  1 “control panel server” for managing your SAPC and lastly 1 SAN system will make up your cloud. As your enterprise grows you simply add more physical servers to your  ICE and scale as needed.. Each node on the ICE becomes redundant and highly available through the fail-over capability provided by the control panel server. Your ICE has near limitless scalability and expansion is seamless. With your ICE you are able to pick and choose what applications get what resources. Adding a new node (ex SQL server) is as simple as a few mouse clicks within your ICE control panel and deciding on resource allocation.
