Rack Space Colocation

Hivelocity offers a wide range of colocation options for customers needing a secure and stable environment for their existing hardware. Single servers, half-racks, full racks and 10 x 10 cages are all options for housing your equipment. The amount of space your server takes up within our facility is the first factor in determining your cost.

Contact one of our Account Managers if you have any questions about pricing for your colocated server(s).  Pricing can vary depending on the size of your server(s), power needs, bandwidth needs and any server management you may require.

Hivelocity can provide you with partial racks, full racks, up to 10 x 10 cages depending on your colocation needs.  Dedicated switches, private VLANs, cross-connects and managed services are all available options for any colocated equipment.

Once you decide to colocate your server(s) with us we will provide you with the assigned ips.  Once your new ips are installed and the server ready for us, we will help you with the shipping arrangements.    Face to face delivery is also welcome if you are local to our facility.  If you are shipping the server to us we will notify you immediately upon receipt of your equipment.   Your server will be promptly racked and you will be notified with all relevant information to immediate remote access.  If you are delivering the equipment to us in person, we will have you sign in the hardware, then escort you to your server(s) new home.  We will assist you in racking the equipment and testing to ensure all is well before you leave.  A work bench can be provided if you require it.  Arrangements for the return or destruction of  shipping boxes and packaging will be made at the time of your order
