You may also add up to 8 GB of ram, all RAID options, load balancing, clustering, SCSI and up to 1000 GB hard drives. Each customer is given access to their My.Hivelocity control panel where invoices, bandwidth graphs, service monitoring and trouble tickets are viewable. You may also add remote reboot for $3 per month from this interface.
